At CitoPlus, we do not lend money directly to businesses. We are focused on delivering a market leading solution for commercial brokers as we believe commercial brokers play a fundamental role as a trusted advisor for businesses when looking to obtain funding.

As part of the process to progress a lending application, your broker has authorised CitoPlus to collect information that is key to a lending application.

As an authorised representative of the business, the online portal will request information about the business and request consent to provide certain information to your broker in order to progress the deal.

The process to provide information via CitoPlus is secure and the collection of information is made in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy.

As part of the process to progress a lending application, your broker has authorised CitoPlus to collect information that is key to a lending application.

As a key party to the deal (such as a director, shareholder or trustee) your broker is required to collect documents to confirm and verify your identity.

The process to provide information via CitoPlus is secure and the collection of information is made in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy.

When will I get charged for my CitoPlus usage?

Each month, CitoPlus will email your invoice and the amount due to be charged based on your contracted rates, to your nominated billing contact email. The invoice will be sent five days in advance of payment.

How can I update by billing details?

We will shortly be adding a feature for billing details to be managed through the admin portal.

Who is Ezidebit and why is there a charge from them on my account?

Citoplus use a payment processor (Ezidebit) for the monthly processing of credit card and direct debit payments. ‘Ezidebit’ or ‘Ezidebit-Citoplus’ may appear on your bank statement.

Citoplus does not hold any of your card or account details. Ezidebit are a PCI compliant specialist payment processor who manage your account and card details in a secure environment. Each month, they will process payments with the details held on file, removing the need to provide card and account details for each invoice.

I have received an email request to update or provide my billing details, is this a scam?

It is important to be alert to payment scams, you may receive an email request from Ezidebit (Subject – CitoPlus Pty Ltd) to provide payment details but if you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can confirm for you (contactus@citoplus.com.au or via Service Desk Request)
